Our 200-hour Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Training is an immersive program that will give you the knowledge, skills, and confidence to teach yoga classes based on the Hatha Vinyasa yoga style. This teacher training is designed to deepen your own practice as much as it is about empowering you to confidently and positively impact your future students. We educate aspiring teachers to teach authentically, not to try to fit a certain mold. We aim to inspire positive changes in your life so you can go build your own yoga tribe.
We are situated at the south end of Palolem Beach, only a 2 min walk from the sand. We have share accommodation for 25 students and two airy, fully equipped shala’s to learn and practice in.
With insights from the past as well as modern yoga, our aim is that you leave confident in sharing your knowledge of yoga, and live a life changing experience where acceptance and self-love are the daily topics.
Our teacher trainers have a combined over 20 years experience practicing and teaching yoga, and believe yoga to be ever evolving, which means they are always educating themselves further, to share with you. They will instil in you a sense of strength in the body and the mind, and to be able to experience this wonderful practice of yoga fully. You lucky people, get to benefit and learn from each of their individual knowledge and unique take on yoga!
You will learn about anatomy, philosophy and history, from the most ancient texts to the new modern skills in the art of teaching, hands on adjustments/alignment, holding space, creating a yoga business, and all the theories in the yoga tradition-leaving capable in delivering intelligent, creative, safe and enjoyable yoga classes for all.
We are also offer a special focus on inversions, arm balancing and hardstanding skills, plus elements of yin/restorative practice, meditation, pranayama, insights on yoga therapy, Ayurveda and of course, special time for self reflection, study and to simply enjoy being in beautiful Palolem.
